The problem is what do we do to resolve the issues?

Can’t see any quick fixes. Webber going is a start, but there isn’t really much that will improve us ahead of the weekend, or even the weekend after.

Then how many transfer windows to sort the squad? Whenever there is major churn, there’s a lot of risk we get worse.

So all in all, I think we’re in a gloomy spot for the moment. And quite likely for this season and next, and possibly beyond.
