That's how I see it.

Outside of the teams that came down, I don't think there are many squads we would look at and think "Yeah, they're really good. I'd take a 5 or 6 of them in our team".

Take Ipswich as an example, are their players really that great, or are they just a well-coached, highly motivated group of players with loads of confidence?

I know that's a bit of a simplistic take, as it's really difficult to turn things around when there's such apathy around our club at the moment BUT we should be doing better than we are. I don't think too many of us are expecting miracles but getting beaten the way that we are with no sign of any plan B or improvement isn't on.
