The best Norwich managers are always the ones who have something to prove and are unknown

I don't think we've ever done well with a recognised name manager who has come to Norwich.

The biggest problem with Wagner seems to be a tactical inflexibility and inability to address key weaknesses. His Plan A got wrecked and he hasn't come up with a viable plan B. I had hoped that Pelach would give him some more coaching nous but that is not in evidence at the moment.

He is a very streaky manager who had an absolutely terrible run of games at Schalke. Maybe one or two players coming back will mean that Plan A becomes viable again, if not it is hard to see things improving suddenly now that the early season confidence has ebbed away.
