It’s not too late to turn this around.

If we act fast and get a decent manager in, whose qualifications are better than just coincidentally being the Sporting Director’s mate.

We’ve got the bare bones of a Championship team good enough to be comfortably mid table and maybe threaten a play off run. Organise the defence, get the strikers back from injury and with a bit of momentum behind us we’ll be fine.

Sadly we all know this board will be paralysed with indecision. We’ve seen it countless times down the years. The whole stadium knows the manager needs to go, the last 2 people who realise are the decision makers.

I’m resigned to it unfortunately, but it’s nice to dream that for once we’ll act swiftly and bounce back quick.
