I don’t agree about the passing out from the back

Several times yesterday we beat their press and created good positions, which we wouldn’t have if we’d lumped it forward, old school style. The moron behind us, with his constant shouts of “Launch it!”, “get rid!” and “step!” (whatever that means), isn’t of the same opinion, however. That is how teams play now, and I’d much rather we did this than go back to giving the ball away with a long goal kick.

As for Gibbs and Springett, I totally agree. Anal was clearly needing to come off, he looked really stiff, but WTF Springett? Surely Płacheta or Fassnacht would have been better?

Fuck nose. FWIW I thought we were really pretty good for nearly an hour, which makes the pathetic way we threw it away all the more infuriating. Why the f**k did Sara play that free kick into such a poor area? Why weren’t we ready for that corner for their second goal? What was Long doing for that own goal? The t**ts.
