PM Steve and anyone who was at Tooting Park Run

Amy was playing hockey 10:00am today (lost 1-3 but scored our goal which I thought should have been disallowed!) so I got the train down to Balham and ran at Tooting. Then it was around 2 miles to run to Spencer Sports Club to watch the game. Whenever Amy is playing away and early, I try to combine a park run with watching the hockey.

It was touch and go whether I did the run as Mrs KC and me plus pals had been to see the Waterboys at the Roundhouse and this morning I was not at my very sharpest, shall we say. Super slow at the start of the run due to crowds and the course was very wet and muddy. And I was lapped. But a good day out overall. And I passed a lady who was wearing the same T shirt as me – Royal Parks 2023

If I’m around Tooting in future will give you shout out. Next race is the Wendover Trails half in a two weeks time. All the best for the Valencia half, will watch out for your time and results.
