channel tunnel would be my domestic go to target

blow the absolute s**t out of it. hijack about twenty petrol tankers and twenty diesel tankers and make it burn till it collapses. relatively cheap and fairly easy to co-ordinate if you can enrol enough nutters of which there is no shortage these days. it's this level of attention to detail that the machete weilding/gun toting nutjob modern day terrorist often overlooks.

and that's why they don't really ever achieve their aims and end up negotiating stuff away.
