i designed it myself to save a few quid and the f**kern yankey git mark anttannatisionio is going to fund it. it's a 65,000 seater throbbing behemoth just in case we become massive then we can host world cup matches and whatknot. take that or the olympics as well. but not at the same time that'd be chaos.

the location is to be just off of the a47 near colney, to reduce transport costs/improve the environment, with an underground carpark for season ticket holders. an underground railway will be constructed direct to the city centre which will ferry people to and from games reducing traffic congestionage. dunno why nobody has bothered to do this before to be honest with you but i've done all the donkey work now so they can jolly well crack on.

also it will have them magic beer filler pumps what tottenhams have got and heated pie drones.

!if you build it they will come! and that's not just me saying it's kevin bloody costners.
