IIRC that was last year's accounts

The notes to the recent Attanasio vote said:
"Following the Ordinary Share Acquisition and C Pref Share Issuance Norfolk {Attanasio] provided a total of £33,627,000 of debt financing...."

I reckon that Norfolk paid off the £43m debt, the C Pref issuance cut it by £10m, leaving a £33m debt owed to Norfolk.

It may be on much better terms (interest rate, repayment schedule etc etc) but the fact is that over £30m of future income will be denied to NCFC.
