Will now s**t the bed, unless owned by an oil state, far east consortium or oligarch wanting a plaything.

The odd one will survive on the adrenaline of promotion or if they're lucky enough that 3 other teams s**t the bed worse. Then they can usually look forward to s**tting the bed the next season when the gloss has worn off and the reality of a handful of wins and bucketload of spankings takes hold.

Even relative prudence leaves clubs in a precarious position now.
