It's interesting isn't it, that maintaining a level at the top of the champ

Is seen by most fans as failure? I mean fans were literally fighting after a scrappy 1 - 1 at Coventry.

There are dozens of clubs below us who will have wished they could have maintained a similar level. We are probably doing as well as we could expect with our resources. That is probably the fundamental difference between the perspective of the club and the fans. The fans would like us to be acheiving more, whereas the club believe that challenging for promotion is itself a good standard to be at.
