We need to somehow stay in contention for a top six place pending the return of the Sargent/ Barnes partnership.
It is a long season and other clubs will slip up with injuries and due to the sheer rigour and frequency of games once the weather turns.
Wagner needs to be honest with himself about the capability and consistency of certain players, because there are players who are letting the group down with poor decision making or a lack of personal confidence.
