How many times did people say that under Smith?

We see with our own eyes and knowledge of football and players that we are nearly there but not quite good enough. Should we just rely on Sarge & Barnes for our future position in this league? If that's the case what does that say about the squad Webber has pulled together? Other teams are gathering in and around 6th and yes we're still hanging on to 7th but look at the frigging table. We're actually nearer the relegation places than autos and we've lost 5 out of the last 7 in all competitions. Most fans said midtable this season with a hope of more and that's just what we're getting.
