Utter incompetence. Too many people talking
Ambiguous wording. Should follow a script like scenario. They need to learn from Rugby and cricket. Clear and concise. Simple, could sort all this nonsense out in 20 minutes instead of review this, discuss that. Reminds me of NHS management
