I got one in a Sainsburys while using their Jet Wash... exceeded

their twenty min limit as my car had been poop attacked by dirty birds. Complained to the store and they got it recinded. That would be my course of action... take it to the Coop together with your shopping receipt and they have a direct route to the ParkingNazis (tm) and will usually recind it for you.
