Imagine it went something like this:

Sarge Injured so We needed a striker, tried to get Cannon on the cheap which didn’t work. Then Forest bid for Andy O so, whilst Webber was negotiating the Andy deal he asked if they had any strikers available, they had Hwang who they were keen to move on as was never going to play for them so they said take him.
