Gemma still is a keen golfer and plays for her local club and County

The pro game was an option only in my head a few years ago, but in our heart of hearts we both knew she was not good quite good enough to make money playing.

Gemma was maybe around 25th best lady player in England five years ago, got an unlucky injury which knocked out most of a summer season after then lockdown hit, but at that time was already doing some part time work in the golf industry. She’s done really well where she works and still at the same company. I know I’m biased but she’s a smart savvy girl and the ideal sort of person to be working for a small dynamic company.

Mrs KC and I did see her golf in the county club finals event on Sunday, played really well and was under par in very wet conditions.
