Yeah thanks Chopper, you’re dead right. Regarding birdwatching we joined the RSPB a couple

Of years ago,mainly just for nice places to walk but to see birds (not the 1970’s sort,although….) through binoculars is like looking into another world.
We loved Strumpshaw with the river flowing past but sadly (but quite understandably) can’t take the fenton there. Having it has actually stopped us going to reserves so much because if we are out walking it’s generally with the dawg. Ah well. And it’s not really that I lead a full life, I just like talking about it!😂
