I think it is quite wise to see how it pans out in the US and other countries. Different methods seem to have had varying degrees of success.

It doesn't seem to be a consideration at the moment. The idiots in charge are still determined to continue losing the War on Drugs.

Agree about the grading. I'd rather not consume something that will make my head fall off.
