I’m slightly unsure of the economics

It reads like attanasio has provided £33.6m of debt funding.

$6m of that is being capitalised by the issuance of the shares.

If the resolution is not passed, NCFC has to repay $12m instead.

But that must mean we still owe Attanasio £23m, (or whatever the exact amount is based on FX rates).

So he’s actually buying in at $6m?

I’ve not read in detail, so probably missed something.
