Realistic squad age wise. Since Farke we’ve got used to having a young team with 2, 3, 3 academy products, which is brilliant but the balance needs to be right. Last season that lack of experienced pros was obvious and a problem. That’s been correct this season and we still have youth products in Rowe, Gibbs and Sprigett. And more will come through. We needed more senior pros through. On Andy O, I guess he wanted to leave? No reason to sell him given the sales we’d already made this summer. I never thought he was all that though, certainly not in Godfrey’s league and am not fussed in the slightest he’s gone.
