The game in question (vs Italy) had two NCFC representatives taking part (Newman & Ozcan), though neither are name-checked in the piece.
Ozcan then went on to play for a Turkey U16 side.

For those who don't believe in paying for quality, long-form journalism, the summary is that a U16 match had over 150 scouts in attendance.
