Hilarious that people on here are banging on about how Watford are showing the right attitude on being promoted & that Worthy was wrong to let Malky go.
Good on them for being positive. Will it make any difference to their position this time next year? I doubt it. They have no money to spend (unlike the much lauded West Ham + Wigan who spent loads on their teams both in the championship AND on promotion).
Malky was a good player, but was at fault for many of the goals conceeded in our promotion season (watch the highlights video again). The mistake was not replacing him (although I think Charlie + Flem were a decent defensive pairing until everyone got freaked at their lack of height)
I suspect that Watford's visit to the prem will be much like the last time.

I really really hope not, as it'd be nice for someone to succeed in the prem without spending loads of dosh.
