Hmmm

They deserved it and I'm glad they went up. However, their success has left a bitter pill in my mouth (excuse all the obvious points):

1) We should never have had got rid of Malky
2) The Boothroyd situation shouldn't have developed into what it did
3) Watford's success is based on a foundation of using youth players - and Boothroyd has gained the rewards of this - what does this say about Nigel Worthington who relies on the ilk of pensioners such as Peter Thorne and hapless subjects such as Andy Hughes?
4) Watford have no money; we've spent in the region of ?5,000,000 - half of which has gone on complete rubbish, the other half on a striker whom we don't to this strengths.
5) Worthington's man-management skills leave a lot to be desired
6) This idea of emulating Charlton is complete bollocks: 1) Worthington isn't good enough to manage a Premiership team, 2) How can a team with Andy Hughes as it's midfield lynch pin in at this level pose a threat? 3) Charlton are a mid-table outfit; I'd rather attempt to emulate Wigan or West Ham or even Bolton

I seriously hope NCFC learn from the Watford model.
