FAO SCC and anyone else

Ever used bet24? Bunch of *****!! 50% deposit bonus up to ?20, so i deposit ?40 and bet ?20 which loses. Try to withdraw my ?40, "you must wager your bonus 3 times" I send email saying "i lost my bonus" they say "you must wager 3 times"!!!! Is this allowed??
