I was put off cricket at an early age

Standing in a f**king field, burning under the sun, praying that stupid hard ball didn't come hurtling in my direction, and dreading my enforced turn batting so that some jock type could throw said ball and t**t one of the kids like me who had no interest in the game.

Obviously I've let it go now 😁
