Help my Wrather friends because I don’t understand

Bali’s departure being described as desperation by some and a sign the club is in a financial hole by allowing this brilliant young talent to depart for ‘next to nothing’. If this is the case then firstly why did he end up at Plymouth and wasn’t snapped up by a club in the PL or one likely to be in the PL next season? And secondly, where do we stand with the Attanasio shares which I understood would help bridge the financial gap. Many thanks in advance for enlightenment.
