Explain to me how in 2023, in a world of streaming platforms and on demand content, it should be compulsory to pay for a BBC licence if you don't watch it.
And why, if you don't have a license, it's fair that you would face prosecution if caught, say, watching a Norwich game you've paid for on now TV, or a live stream on YouTube?
I'm all ears.
