When you think about how...

The stadium hardly gets used.
We have the super concerts like an Elton John but the Norwich region lacks a venue that holds 5-10k for medium sized artists who are too big for the UEA.
If we had a stage system in place that could be set up and taken down quickly (without damaging the surface) we could host many more events in front of one stand.
Possibly even set up a stage with first few rows of the River or Barclay.
