Just woken up (off to Airport in 3 hours) but yes I agree....

....however got to add the town of Deadwood to that list. Properly historic Wild West town with the authenticity that Calamity Jane lived there and Wild Bill Hickok was shot dead - you can see the gambling den where it happened.
