Curious one. Starc was wiggling his fingers indicating that they were under the ball...

... he has long fingers, but then he's part of this team with its poor sportsmanship and history of sandpaper.

Looks to me like he's properly grounded the ball on landing and that's not out. But I'm not sure that the replay conclusively shows this.
