I think the Mankad is becoming more acceptable TBH, at least in the short formats

Batsman walk down a long way fairly routinely now to try and take a quick run.
I don't see why the fielding side can't take advantage if the batting side is really pushing it.

Crease is there for a reason, if you are always two or three strides down you pay your money and take your chances!
