now but i watched a few of his videos when tombs posted a while back and having tried a few random ones i can confirm that it (stretching and breathing and s**t) worked for me
some of the s**t i do from time to time from his videos
defo start off with some diaphragm breathing stuff (i lay on my belly, i think he calls it alligator breathing? where you lift you spine up and down)
the baby one where you lay on your belly with your head, legs and arms up looking around behind you(this is the one where i can explore the edge of pain)
push ups pivoting on your knee into the squat position (i do this and combine this with more movements later on john)
sit ups
superman flying thing where you start on all fours (oh matron) and you lift your left hand up in straight front of you with you right leg stretched out straight and then alternate etc
the knee push up thing followed by rocking back onto your feet (now squatted on the floor) then stand up with a straight back, then lift your left knee up to touch your right elbow repeat with the other knee/elbow then reverse by crouching into a squat, roll onto your knees then push down onto the floor
plus some other s**t
