For food - Thai Lanna (Bridewell Alley, opposite St. Andrew's Hall); Bishops (Timberhill); Farmyard (St. Benedicts); Haggle (St. Benedicts); Delias (Carra!).

Pubs - The Plough, Ten Bells (St. Benedicts); Wig and Pen (St. Martin's on the Plain) - great outside area opposite the cathedral and good food too.

Country Walks at Whitlingham Park, five mins out of the city; Winbirri Vineyard tour and taste User Posted Link - if you are living Thorpe way or Trowse you can even walk there via Whitlingham and through the Water Works!
