No - I was caught out by this last year. If its the same as last year…

They put what category you would be in in your basket for free but you have to buy a membership to activate it.

By the way the 10% discount is swallowed up by £1 for postage of the “membership pack” (I.e. box of tut) and another £1 for web sales!
