Always believed mine was tight hamstrings

used to do a stupid amount of walking and other stuff.
The pain would travel up and down my legs sometimes appearing as knee of foot pain. I damaged one foot playing football so used to walk protecting that foot so my alignment was awful too, which then leads to hip pain and back pain for me. Really need to get back to regular yoga
