GOBB is right though, no one knows what would have happened had we not declared

the aussie's might have scored more runs in their innings say. It's all completely hypothetical.

The fact is we were in a great position to go on and win the game after the end of the two first innings, if we don't go on and win, it's because we didn't bat well enough or didn't bowl well enough in the second innings
