I asked a question. I didn't present it as a fact.

I don't have children either so I'm genuinely curious, because it does always seem emotionally charged. I've not said 'ban anyone being friendly' - I've questioned how very strong those relationships are and whether that's a normal manager-employee relationship - it's been a factor for a long time.
