all irrelevant. He'll go wherever he wants, whenever he wants. It's what he would leave behind that becomes more of an issue. I start to question whether we've actually fully got the whole structure right - no CEO (unless you count ZW as a quasi), director-coach where the director seems to be sometimes responsible for on-pitch decisions and sometimes not, coach reverse thereof. If we're left with the old board and Neil then we probably have building to do off the pitch as well as on.
