You are literally describing what wagner wants to do.

If he had the players and time to build fitness that's exactly how Wagner wants to play. Whether he can do that is another question but he certainly hasnt had time to implement that style of play yet.

I'm not sure he's the right person but chopping the manager so soon after we've changed it is just going to put us back to where we were when Dean Smith left.
