I think I see the point Hendy is making and we're never going to get a flawless set of transfers.

but we do need more successes than duds (or just 'meh') or at least for those successes to outweigh the financial outlay of the duds/mehs.

Not convinced we've done that. Whose fault that is, IDK. I suspect it's more the team that's in place below Webber that needs the overhaul.
