That's bulls**t (with the greatest possible respect)

we have a huge budget for the championship. Our budget isn't big enough for the PL, but the players signed last season (Tzolis, Sargent, Rashica) simply had to be, as a bare minimum, too good for the championship even if not good enough for the PL.

They're not too good for the championship. Questionable if they're even good enough for a playoff / midtable squad.

That's inexcusable.
