Of course it wasn’t wrong to sack him but the issue is how much was Smith’s fault and the general consensus was that he had a great squad and it was nearly all his fault because he was such an outrageously s**t manager

When we beat Millwall, (rather luckily in my view and wow I got some stick for it), Wagner was a genius, if only he’d been hired sooner and we might even finish 2nd.
