Hoped for one at MK half

Was on course for 1:35+ had a shocker in the 2nd half of the race - but in hindsight I was probably going down with some sort of bug. It was a coldish and breezy day and my top was sweaty and my chest got very cold. Taken a while to recover.

A run abroad is something I'd like to do as well, and Valencia is a place I'd like to visit someday. Just need to persuade Mrs KC away for a mini-break.
