Answers

1. Easy. If it's the same process as before, you mill about on Blackheath and then get called when it is time to get in the pen. I think I was in the pen for about 20 mins shuffling to the start line. and by that time I needed a wee again

2. Easy enough in the earlier miles (see above, I needed a wee within a mile, shamefully) but queues got a bit longer later in the run. So you might lose a few mins if you need the loo later on.
