Haven’t watched a single minute of tonight

Which is a blessing. But it’s been coming hasn’t it, something like this. I know injuries have weakened us, but the players were missing are not exactly THAT good. That’s the depressing thing. We are, sadly, miles off.

The seeds of all this were of course planted just under two years ago. In case anyone needs reminding.

Hold still wall, while I waz all this money up against you. All that money, on fees, wages and agents, that has generated literally nothing for the club, not any kind of success of any description, not even a vaguely sellable asset. Just 50-60m+ of utter waste.

We need a total rebuild, which given we don’t have any money at all, is going to be the thick end of impossible. Time to bed in for a long long looong stint in the championships.
