We have an established and impressive academy set-up. We need both young and mature

I'd love to see someone like Klosse brought back to educate the younger players in the art of football and the importance of being the best person they can be.
With clubs like Leicester and WHU on the brink of relegation it seems obvious that without relatively huge investment we will be a 'yo-yo' club for the foreseeable at best scenario.
We need wisdom as part of the squad if we are to bring on the youth.
