Difficult one. Ukrainian players could always w/d on principle....

That would really embarrass the LTA.

In practice they had no choice other than to allow them to play under a neutral flag. Losing accreditation was a real possibility. The big problem was that the other Tennis Federations never followed suit when we banned Russians/Belarus last year. Much of the shame is on them.
