IT Music Help Please Good Wrathers....

I have a large number of CD's (circa 1800+) and I wish to burn them to an all in one music storage system in order to save space. I'm therefore thinking of investing in something which will burn the CD's fairly rapidly and then store them on a hard drive with easy and logical access to find bands/tracks when I wish to listen to them. Does anyone have any advice on what might be a good system. The Brennan B2 has been suggested though it is a bit pricey so I would need to be sure it would do the job.

Simple advice please as I'm not techno literate (just too old) and will glaze over if the suggestions start to get too complicated for me to understand. Thanks.
