Also, life (and these days also work) coaching is something of which I am extremely sceptical. Most coaches I know are people who have not excelled in their previous jobs (or in some cases haven’t even had a proper job), have completed a course at soke coaching organisation and are now explaining to people how to be successful in a position they themselves have never been successful in, or in most cases even held.
